If you are experiencing login issues, please ensure you have the correct username
and password combination. Despite sounding an unlikely cause of the issue,
you'd be surprised how often this is the cause of the problem.
Things to be careful of:
1) That you don't have a space after or before either the username or password
2) That you are correctly typing in the password provided
3) If you have changed your password to JVManager2 then this will change your
password to MyMarketingGoldmine.com AND MyMarketingNewsletter.com
Please also keep in mind that usernames and passwords are CasE SenSItivE.
MyMarketingGoldmine Members can retrieve their login details using

If you continue to experience issues, please submit a Support Ticket
A SMALL MINORITY OF USERS - we believe IE 6.0 users may be required
to enter their username and password TWICE. If the first popup login box does
NOT allow you in, please DON'T PRESS CANCEL and enter the details into
the SECOND popup login box. We will try to find a more permanent fix for this
issue but this is the workaround currently.
