Solution

If you do not appear to be able to access your website, it MAY not be that
there is anything wrong at the server end. It is possible that it has to do with
your ISP.

Before logging a ticket saying that the server is down, please do a check on
your domain so that you can be a little more sure that it is in fact the server
that is cauing the issue.

Please visit:

http://internetsupervision.com/scripts/urlcheck/check.aspx

and type in your domain name in the box provided so that you can check
the server status from various locations around the globe.

If it's not responding, then by all means log a ticket. If it is you will probably
find that the issue is with your own internet connection or ISP. Usually these
problems are rectified on their own after a short time.
