Solution

The archives area of MyMarketingNewsletter requires a one-off payment to upgrade due to the sheer volume of newsletters available there. We have been running the service now for over 3 years so there are over 100 newsletters in there. To make it fair for members who have been with us since day 1 and paid their monthly fee, we made the archives area a paid upgrade.

If you have paid for the upgrades previously, please let us know via a support ticket and we can look into this further for you. The easiest thing would be to send us the Paypal email the payment would have come from.
